Job summary

Verint is seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive software, SaaS, cloud, and hosting sourcing, negotiation, and contract management on a global scale. You will work with IT, Legal, Finance, and Security to align procurement strategies with Verint standards and business goals.

You will lead supplier negotiations, manage renewals, and identify savings opportunities while ensuring adherence to procurement policies. Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years procurement experience, with at least 3 years focused on software, SaaS, cloud or technology sourcing.
• Strong working knowledge of software licensing, SaaS commercial models and related contract terms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple software and SaaS projects from intake to contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Leads contractual and commercial negotiations with SW, SaaS, Cloud, Hosting and technology service provider vendors.
• Ensures procurement involvement in vendor engagements including renewals, new purchases, supplier selection and strategic vendor management.
• Delivers savings and value through renegotiations, renewals and cost modelling.
• Supports development and execution of category plan for software and SaaS spend.
• Reviews and negotiates key software and SaaS terms and license structures.
• Collaborates with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Services and Operations to ensure robust procurement activity.
