Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Sr. Director, IT PMO Intake & Demand Management to lead the enterprise intake process for technology demand. This role requires 4 days onsite in Brentwood, TN, and will drive governance, prioritization, and visibility across the demand lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in PMO/portfolio governance, experience with Workfront/ServiceNow/Oracle, and strong communication to influence executive stakeholders. Power BI/Tableau skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA with technical focus preferred.
• 8+ years PMO/portfolio management or IT governance experience.
• Experience leading intake, demand, or portfolio governance.
• Experience with PPM/SPM tools such as Workfront, ServiceNow, or Oracle.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience maturing enterprise PMO functions and developing advanced dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a centralized enterprise intake process for technology-related demand.
• Maintains visibility across the demand lifecycle from submission to project creation.
• Leads intake triage by evaluating cost, duration, risk, and impact.
• Supports executive prioritization and portfolio planning with trade-offs and capacity estimates.
• Delivers dashboards and reporting on demand pipeline, risks, and capacity constraints.
