Job summary

Legence, based in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Technology PMO Intake Coordinator to design and manage the enterprise technology intake process. You will be the primary contact for new tech requests and will also oversee PMO projects according to capacity and priorities.

You will collaborate with PMO, IT, and governance teams, define intake standards, and track requests in JIRA. Requires 3–6 years of PMO/demand management experience and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in technology PMO, intake/demand management, IT operations, project management, or governance support.
• Experience with SOX compliance and public company governance standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and completing project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Technology Intake Process Ownership: design, document, implement, and improve intake processes.
• Technology Request Intake & Triage: serve as primary intake coordinator and ensure requests are complete.
• Technology Screening & Assessment Enablement: help define screening criteria and trigger assessments.
• Governance, Standards & Alignment: collaborate with multiple teams and prepare governance documentation.
• PMO Project Management: manage projects with defined scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Tracking, Reporting & Communication: use JIRA for tracking and reporting metrics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement: coordinate with leaders and maintain guidance materials.
