Job summary

Oracle in Nashville, TN is seeking a senior PMO leader to drive a portfolio of data center programs. You will define scope, governance, and delivery plans, coordinating with engineering, facilities, construction, product, and exec leadership to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in PMO/ops leadership, governance frameworks, and cross-functional program management with a data center focus.

Qualifications

8+ years in program management, PMO leadership, operations, or mission-critical infra.
Experience in global data center operations, facilities, startup/readiness, maintenance, or tech ops.
Governance frameworks, operating standards, and process controls across large orgs.
Cross-functional programs with engineering, operations, construction, product, and execs.
Manage dependencies, compliance, risks, and multi-team execution.
Tool or systems initiatives: process discovery, integration, and product selection.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management; capable of executive updates.
People leadership: building, mentoring, and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the PMO operations function for a portfolio of global data center programs.
Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and governance with cross-functional stakeholders.
Build detailed program plans, schedules, resources, and reporting cadences.
Establish governance standards and execution frameworks for quality and accountability.
Coordinate across operations, engineering, facilities, construction, product, and business teams.
Identify dependencies and risks; develop mitigation and drive closure.
Serve as primary point of contact for program health and executive updates.
Lead reviews and business rhythms to ensure alignment with objectives and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement via data, KPIs, lessons learned, and process optimization.
Oversee budgets, resources, and prioritization for efficient use of people/tools/funding.
Track performance metrics and portfolio health; report to leadership.
Mentor project/program managers and grow a high-performing PMO team.
Support tool strategy, discovery, integration planning, and deployment of platforms like CMMS.
Scale teams by defining structure, onboarding, roles, and operating norms.
