Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow and Zero Trust projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, ServiceNow developers, system admins, business analysts, engineers, vendors, and government stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies; ensure timely mitigation and resolution.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, project reviews, and governance processes as appropriate.
• Support implementation of Zero Trust principles across identity, devices, networks, applications, data, and monitoring.
• Track project performance with dashboards and executive-level status updates.
