Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise software initiatives across multiple departments.
• Proven ability to manage full lifecycle from requirements through delivery and procurement.
• Strong RAID risk and issue management, escalation, and executive reporting.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, RFI/RFP, contract negotiations, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise software projects from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and validate requirements across departments.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Manage procurement processes including RFI/RFP and vendor communications.
• Coordinate vendor demonstrations, scoring, and approvals; ensure contractual milestones are met.
• Oversee integration with other enterprise systems and change management activities.
