RGP is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a large healthcare organization's interoperability and digital transformation. This role bridges clinical operations, business stakeholders, and IT to translate healthcare requirements into scalable tech solutions.

The ideal candidate combines project leadership, business analysis, and healthcare know-how. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage plans and risks, and drive data integration initiatives while engaging

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a hybrid PM/BA role.
• 10+ years of Healthcare industry experience, managed care or health plan preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and tech-enabled processes.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements with clinical, operational, business, and IT stakeholders.
• Translate healthcare policies and workflows into functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and executive status reports.
• Lead healthcare interoperability and data integration initiatives across systems and teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and project governance sessions.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and technical delivery teams.
• Drive accountability, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are met.
• Support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
