Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Business Analyst experience, with 5+ years in healthcare provider environments.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and EHR/EMR systems.
• Understanding of HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze healthcare workflows, including EHR/EMR, clinical operations, and patient scheduling.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support UAT, system testing, and integration testing.
