Job summary

HCA Healthcare Information Technology Group (ITG) is seeking a Manager Technical Product to lead interoperability and payer integration initiatives. You will define requirements, groom user stories, and guide teams across API strategies and standards-based healthcare data exchange.

The role emphasizes driving product ownership, prioritizing regulatory and stakeholder needs, and delivering scalable, secure solutions across payers and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five+ years of relevant experience in product management or related IT roles.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) and API strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for healthcare interoperability and payer integration.
• Define capabilities for FHIR APIs, HL7 interfaces, and RESTful services.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering to define scalable, secure integration products.
• Manage backlog, prioritizing customer needs, regulatory commitments, and technical debt.
