Job summary

Talentify seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to plan, oversee and lead IT/OT infrastructure projects. Hybrid role with three on-site days and two remote days, supporting multi-site delivery in a global context.

You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and align with regulatory requirements. The role requires strong English communication, extensive IT/OT project experience, and PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT/OT infrastructure project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of IT/OT security and quality controls in regulated environments (GxP/FDA).
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT/OT infrastructure projects within defined budgets and timelines.
• Engage cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with client IT Security and QA policies.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide status reports.
