Job summary

Stellar IT Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager (PMP) to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives in a multi-site setting. The role requires managing complex vendor ecosystems, budgeting, and coordination across cross-functional teams, with a focus on enterprise infrastructure deployments.

The ideal candidate will oversee networks, security, voice, and other infra initiatives, including support for software development projects with substantial infrastructure

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing large infrastructure budgets and financial forecasting.
• Experience leading multi-site infrastructure projects with multiple vendors.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects such as Global WAN, LAN/WAN, Network Security, Voice, VSAT, maritime technologies, site buildouts, or related deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and deployment.
• Manage complex multi-site initiatives with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor budgets, including forecasting and estimates-at-complete (EAC).
• Identify budget variances and propose corrective actions to maintain financial health of projects.
• Act as subject matter expert for infrastructure implementations and support for software development initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor selection, contract negotiations, and ensure vendor deliverables align with project plans.
• Track, review, and validate vendor deliverables and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
