Job summary

Tier4 Group in Houston is seeking a Senior Infrastructure IT Project Manager to oversee multiple complex infrastructure projects, drive delivery, and manage scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires addressing change requests, risks, and reporting project status.

Hybrid commute to Houston HQ is preferred for local candidates. You will define project scope, lead detailed schedules, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful construction–related IT initiatives, while mentoring

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience with a focus on IT infrastructure.
Understanding of financial accounting and reporting for projects.
Experience with ITIL, PMBOK, Agile frameworks and operating models.
Strong communication skills across management levels and stakeholders.
PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Own all aspects of projects to deliver approved business functionality.
Define and lead project scope, approach, dependencies, risk, and budget.
Develop detailed project schedules with stakeholders and dependent projects.
Manage IT infrastructure projects for new construction initiatives.
Lead lifecycle delivery including change requests, issue and risk management, and reporting.
Oversee project budget, purchases, contracts, and resource forecasting.
Mentor junior team members and present updates to leadership.
