Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in IT or OT services with 5+ years in leadership.
• Technical PM with experience on 60+ systems and IT/OT scope.
• Experience in utility industry support is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Guide program strategically, track schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Lead and mentor diverse IT/OT teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Collaborate with customer program management, finance, and procurement for support and compliance.
• Direct technical strategy and establish best IT/OT service practices.
• Maintain clear communication across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Provide weekly status reports and coordinate staffing for schedule adherence.
