Job summary

Peraton in Florida is seeking a Modernization and Automation Lead to support the SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) contract for USSOCOM. This role leads enterprise-wide engineering, manages contractor staff, and coordinates with executive government leadership.

The ideal candidate will drive architecture reviews, design and implement system improvements, and oversee IMAC-related activities while aligning with CIO strategy. A DoD IT background and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

Must have DoD TS/SCI clearance and DoW 8140 compliance (IT Project Manager - Intermediate or higher).
Five (5) years of experience managing IT professionals.
Experience on global-based, enterprise-wide projects communicating with Government personnel.
Experience in Enterprise Solutioning including servers, storage, databases, and web/portal servers.

Responsibilities

Lead technical efforts across the SITEC 3 EOM, coordinating with USSOCOM TPOC and CIO/J6 leadership.
Manage contractor and subcontractor staff, including scheduling, mentoring, and deliverable oversight.
Review architectures and drive design and implementation of system and network improvements.
Develop/present briefings and status reports for Government customers.
