Job summary

IntelliBee seeks a senior IT leader to serve as second-in-command of the STO IT Division under a contract-to-hire arrangement with potential conversion to a full-time state position. You will oversee IT operations, coordinate with the IT Operations Manager, manage vendor relationships, and support cybersecurity and compliance programs in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities include supervising infrastructure, applications, and helpdesk services; participating in security

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IT leadership and management experience.
• 3+ years of full-time supervisory IT experience.
• Experience with MSP/vendor management, SLAs, and performance oversight.
• Leadership experience in cybersecurity operations: incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and helpdesk services from staff and providers.
• Coordinate with statewide shared-services and vendors as primary operations liaison.
• Participate in Information Security Team including incident response and risk assessments.
• Support access control reviews, audits, and policy compliance.
• Oversee integrations with SAP, financial institutions, and third-party systems.
