Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IT experience managing complex information technology functions.
• 3+ years of full-time supervisory experience in an IT environment.
• Experience managing IT services delivered through MSPs or outsourced vendors with SLA and performance management.
• Leadership experience in cybersecurity operations including incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize competing work and meet deadlines.
• Willingness for occasional after-hours and weekend work.
• Current South Carolina residency; onsite in Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations leadership and staff in a regulated environment.
• Manage MSP and outsourced vendor performance and SLAs.
• Coordinate IT operations with the IT Operations Manager.
• Support cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability remediation.
• Lead enterprise system integrations and procurement/budget activities.
• Supervise IT staff and develop capabilities.
