The role focuses on operational excellence, vendor management, and collaboration with business leaders to align technology with company goals and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, asset management, logistics, service management, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise asset programs and large-scale technology deployments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service delivery.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations, Asset Management, and Logistics teams.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics aligned with objectives.
• Manage daily IT support operations and escalation processes.
• Partner with IT leadership on strategic technology initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
