Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• 5–10 years in a 24x7 production operations environment.
• 5+ years in leadership, managing technical operations teams.
• Experience administering Linux, UNIX, AIX, Windows, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience supporting high-availability production apps in financial services.
• Knowledge of networking technologies and carrier management.
• Strong incident, change, and problem management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve 24x7 production operations.
• Lead technical operations teams to meet SLAs.
• Implement automation and AI-assisted improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
