Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking an Operational IT BRM for the PCS US/Canada region, with options to base in Moon Township, PA or Beachwood, OH. The role requires deep ERP/MES experience and a commitment to Lean Six Sigma-driven improvements across manufacturing and supply chain IT systems.

Responsibilities include driving plant IT execution, data integrity, and end-to-end digital thread while partnering with plant managers and operations leaders to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum ten years IT, digital, or operational experience with cross-region initiatives.
• Hands-on ERP/MES experience in industrial settings.
• United States work authorization without sponsorship; no relocation beyond 50 miles of Beachwood, OH or Moon Township, PA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT outcomes accountability for PCS US and Canada operations across multiple business processes.
• Drive IT investments and solutions to improve productivity, quality, reliability, and customer experience.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to digital workflows and business processes on the shop floor.
• Maintain digital thread integrity across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and service systems.
• Lead ERP, MES, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user computing initiatives to support operations.
