Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is seeking an experienced IT network administrator to join our Los Angeles team. The role covers installation, maintenance, and security of campus networks, servers, and related applications.

You will oversee disaster recovery, VPNs, firewalls, AD, SharePoint, and cloud integrations while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver reliable IT services across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of systems and network administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, and Office 365.
• Experience with network security and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network and IT infrastructure across campuses.
• Install, configure and upgrade OSs, applications, and network devices.
• Ensure system uptime and disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide Level 2/3 helpdesk support and incident response.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and security measures.
• Participate in network design and deployment projects.
