Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation is seeking a Sr. Facilities Technician in Nespelem, WA. The role focuses on designing and administering local and wide-area networks, infrastructure redundancy, security, and bandwidth planning to support tribal departments and services.

The position is non-exempt, full-time with comprehensive benefits, offering the opportunity to mentor staff and coordinate with vendors while ensuring high data integrity and connectivity across facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Education and Training: High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 months experience in Facility management, HVAC, Grounding, AC/DC Power, Cabling, Fiber, Outside Plant Infrastructure, construction or related fields, managing projects, supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, fire systems, security cameras, BICSI.

Aufgaben

• Project Planning: provide input during project planning and requirements phase.
• Business Continuity: assist customers with recovery issues.
• Vendor Management: liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Coaching and Mentoring: mentor less experienced personnel.
• Problem Resolution: diagnose escalated problems and document status.
