Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 months experience in facility management, HVAC, grounding, cabling, fiber, outside plant infra, reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and requirements during planning phase.
• Coordinate network and telecom infrastructure resolutions.
• Mentor less experienced staff and supervise team members.
• Document issues, perform root-cause analysis, and create job aids.
