Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation seeks a Benefits Technician Senior to coordinate employee benefits under the supervision of the Risk Manager. You will manage complex benefit tasks, ensure accuracy, and apply benefit procedures with discretion.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while meeting deadlines in a tribal government setting. Some travel and flexible hours are expected.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or GED and an Associate Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Two years progressively responsible employee benefits management experience.
• Eligible for Tribes vehicle insurance and has a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Coordinate benefit programs and ensure accurate, timely processing of benefits.
• Explain health-related benefits and respond to employee questions.
• Maintain records and prepare routine reports from multiple data sources.
