Corporate Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves managing complex customer environments, leading escalations, and acting as a technical authority for systems, networks, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in system administration, networking, and server technologies, with a track record of driving secure, scalable IT solutions and mentoring Field Service Technicians in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Managed Services experience required.
• 7+ years in IT field with system administration and networking.
• Certifications in A+/Network+/Security+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting for servers, networks and security.
• Manage client environments including servers, workstations, networks, and cloud services.
• Design and maintain secure IT solutions aligned to client needs.
• Provide expert Exchange/Office 365/Azure and Active Directory support.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and share knowledge.
• Document root cause analyses and resolutions.
• Participate in client meetings explaining issues and plans.
• Contribute to technical standards and best practices.
