Iscale Solutions is seeking an experienced network professional to design, deploy, and manage complex LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and firewall infrastructures for diverse clients. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot escalations, and maintain documentation across multi-tenant environments.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and modern MSP tools, with excellent communication skills for client-facing support.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of high-level MSP experience
• Extensive hands-on networking knowledge: routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and network security fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under time pressure
• Comfortable communicating by phone with clients and residents of varying technical backgrounds
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-tenant environments
• Heavy Microsoft-centric environment with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and MS365/Entra

Aufgaben

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and firewall infrastructure for clients and internal environments
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues; manage switches, routers, firewalls, APs and other hardware
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and security policies; patch and lifecycle management
• Serve as escalation point for Tier 1-3 tickets across client accounts
• Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations on upgrades and security posture
• Support onboarding, including network audits, documentation, and migrations
• Document network diagrams, configurations, and procedures per client environment
• Design and maintain bulk internet, Wi-Fi, and managed network services for MDU/property clients
• Troubleshoot resident connectivity issues and coordinate with property management/ISP partners
• Configure headend equipment and in-building wireless infrastructure remotely; coordinate with on-site techs
• Ensure uptime and service quality across multiple properties
• Provide clear phone and remote support to clients and residents of various skill levels
