Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking a Network Administrator to support the Network Operations team. You will own enterprise LAN/WAN environments, analyze and resolve complex network issues, configure and deploy equipment, and collaborate with Network Engineers on designs and infrastructure refreshes.

Qualified candidates have CCNA, strong Cisco CLI skills, and 2+ years of enterprise network experience. This hybrid role is based in Issaquah, WA with occasional travel and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Network Support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting multi site or distributed network environments.
• Strong hands on experience with Cisco switching platforms and CLI.
• CCNA certification held.

Responsibilities

• Own operational responsibility for enterprise LAN/WAN environments across multiple sites.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues involving switches, routing, wireless, and connectivity services; configure and deploy network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to hardware and software problems; install, upgrade, repair, and remove hardware and software.
• Respond to network outages per SLA; participate in on-call rotation; assist with network-related projects and tasks.
