Job summary

TeamLogic IT of Greater New Haven is hiring a senior IT professional to lead and execute on high-impact client projects. You will act as a technical authority and trusted advisor for SMB clients, shaping how we grow our services and support mechanisms.

You’ll manage complex IT environments, mentor junior staff, and drive projects end-to-end while maintaining strong client relationships. This role blends onsite and remote work with flexibility for after-hours support to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, Level 3 or senior role preferred.
• BS in IT/CS or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, and software.
• Design, implement, and manage robust network solutions for clients.
• Perform regular maintenance, patching, backup, and monitoring.
• Build strong client relationships and recommend tech solutions.
• Lead IT projects, migrations, and deployments with internal/external teams.
• Create detailed client environment documentation and diagrams.
• Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and conduct training.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide on-call emergency support, including after-hours/weekends.
