Job summary

Convoso, a leading AI-powered contact center platform, seeks a Senior IT Manager in Los Angeles. You will oversee and optimize Convoso’s IT infrastructure, lead security improvements, manage Google Workspace, SaaS tools, and vendors, and guide IT projects in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires 3+ years in MDM/EDM tooling, 3+ years with Google Workspace/Jira/Confluence, and 6+ years of cross-platform troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on data protection and cost-effective IT

Qualifications

• 3+ years with administration and configuration of MDM/EDM tools (JAMF, Intune).
• 3+ years of experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira), LastPass Enterprise, Jamf.
• 6+ years troubleshooting MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Extensive IT security knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and project management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Cost-awareness and ability to work within a budget.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer IT policy, security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Manage hardware/software deployment for onboarding/offboarding.
• Troubleshoot on-premise/remote hardware and home network issues.
• Administer Google Workspace and SaaS tools (Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, LastPass).
• Manage VPN access and IT processes, SLAs, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct IT project management and vendor negotiations.
• Track vendor billing and manage asset inventory.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and ensure business continuity.
