Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership, strong analytical skills, and a background in laboratory information systems or healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field including MLT/MT.
• Minimum 3–5 years of analyst experience with at least 1–2 years of project management or related leadership.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems or healthcare environments preferred.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and training team members.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology execution and delivery of IT services for key clients.
• Collaborate with development teams and product managers on budgets and enhancements.
• Plan and execute projects with stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive technology solutions.
• Act as primary liaison for strategic clients.
• Mentor and manage a team of developers and connectivity resources.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and provide guidance.
• Review architectural designs and test specs.
