Job summary
Quest Diagnostics in Michigan seeks a Technology Leader to steer Clinical Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and connectivity for the Diagnostic Laboratory of Michigan (DLM). You will lead IT services delivery, collaborate with development teams and product managers, and foster strong client relationships to craft robust technology solutions and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead technology execution and implementations for key clients ensuring seamless delivery of IT services
- Work with various development teams and product managers in the development and administration of the departmental budget and new enhancement requests
- Works together with software developers, business stakeholders, and supporting resources to plan and execute projects
- Foster strong client relationships and drive key technology solutions
- Act as primary liaison for strategic clients
- Manage escalations and monitor system performance with a proactive approach
- Delegates tasks, organizes, mentors and motivates a team of developers, specialists, and/or connectivity resources
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture
- Review of the product architectural design, requirements specifications, and test specifications
- Determine, support, and/or approve estimates for demand requests
- Technical assessment of the impact of any changes to product requirements
- Provision of day-to-day technical guidance to other members of the project team
