Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience, including team leadership
• Experience in high-growth/startup environments
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security controls

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations for a distributed workforce
• Manage and mentor a small IT team (IT Manager and IT Support Specialist)
• Partner with Engineering, People, Legal, and Finance to support onboarding, tooling, access, and security
• Drive IT process improvements and scalable solutions
• Oversee identity management, device management, and SaaS tooling
• Maintain and support SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance with stakeholders
