Job summary

Collibra’s IT team seeks a Senior Director of Information Technology who will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our global IT function. You’ll lead Infrastructure, Automation, and IT Support while embedding AI into workflows and enterprise platforms.

You’ll be a hands-on executive who builds and scales teams, partners with business leaders, and delivers measurable outcomes by shaping AI roadmaps and governance across security, compliance, and operations. Hybrid in NYC or Raleigh.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Proven ability to translate AI tools into actionable business value.
• Experience leading multi-functional IT orgs across Infrastructure, Integration/Automation, and IT Support.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT strategy and roadmap across IT Infra, Apps, and Support.
• Partner with AI Committee to define internal AI strategy and adoption.
• Develop AI roadmaps aligning with enterprise objectives and governance.
• Set direction for identity and access management, endpoint management, and cloud environments.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement in uptime, support, and security.
