Collibra is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to ship AI features directly into our product used by enterprises and government agencies worldwide. You will work with data scientists, other AI engineers, and MLOps, taking ideas from prototype to production, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• 3+ years applying data science/ML in production (LLM apps, NLP, RAG).
• Experience with agent-loop frameworks and tool-calling standards.
• Strong observability and production monitoring mindset.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with time-series/graph/vector DBs.
• Fluent in modern Python typing (Pydantic v2).

Responsibilities

• Ship AI features into a real product, not just a prototype.
• Build, instrument, and evaluate AI/ML models; treat no-output as a bug.
• Mentor engineers and help shape Collibra's AI platform.
