Job summary

Collibra is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead AI adoption across the business, partnering with Product & Engineering and other leaders to identify opportunities and rethink workflows. You will design scalable enablement programs, deliver hands-on workshops, build a Mentor network, and coach teams to ship practical AI solutions, measurably advancing AI maturity across Collibra.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building practical AI solutions and automations.
Ability to assess workflows and identify AI opportunities.
Excellent ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience coaching teams to adopt AI and new ways of working.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging enablement sessions.

Responsibilities

Lead and design AI enablement programs to accelerate adoption.
Partner with leaders to understand workflows and identify high-value AI opportunities.
Build an AI Mentor network to surface learning needs and opportunities.
Coach leaders, teams and employees to identify AI opportunities and build practical solutions.
Own and deliver onboarding for Product & Engineering onboarding and align with leaders on priorities.
