Job summary

Echo Neurotechnologies is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to own the corporate IT infrastructure, systems and security. This role is the first in-house function covering onboarding, offboarding, devices, access controls, software administration and on-site support.

You will roll out practical cybersecurity processes with our MSP, remaining the primary internal owner and partnering with team leaders to implement scalable, documented standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT, with internal IT ownership in a growing org.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access (MFA, SSO), and endpoint management (config, patching, encryption, security).
• Working knowledge of networking, Wi‑Fi and on-site office tech.
• Proven record of developing, documenting and implementing IT policies and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own IT systems and employee technology needs; primary contact for IT.
• Procure, configure, inventory, patch and dispose devices and networks.
• Set hardware and software standards company-wide.
• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; manage MFA/SSO and access workflows.
• Develop and enforce security policies; manage EDR, encryption, and patching.
• Maintain incident response, business continuity and backups; test recovery.
