Job summary

Beam Therapeutics seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst to join the IT Lab Systems team. You will administer LabVantage LIMS, configure data and workflows, manage access control, and support LES and SDMS implementations for GMP and non-GMP operations.

You will partner with QA, QC, IT, and lab scientists to deliver scalable digital lab solutions, instrument integrations, and automated data flows in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting Laboratory Information Management Systems in regulated settings.
• 3+ years hands-on LabVantage administration experience.
• Experience designing LabVantage LES worksheets.
• Experience supporting LabVantage SDMS functionality.
• Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Beam's LabVantage LIMS environment.
• Configure master data: products, specifications, parameters, methods, workflows.
• Manage user administration, security roles, and access controls.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Design, configure, and maintain LabVantage LES worksheets.
• Collaborate with QC to digitalize workflows and validate LES implementations.
• Administer SDMS functionality and data retention processes.
• Support instrument integrations and automated data exchanges.
• Develop and maintain attachment handling configurations and related code.
