New York Technology Partners seeks a highly experienced Lead LIMS Engineer with deep LabVantage LIMS expertise to lead design, implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise laboratory information management solutions in a regulated Life Sciences environment.

The role drives LIMS strategy, architecture, platform governance, and global delivery across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Stability, and Regulatory labs, ensuring GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, data integrity, and

Qualifications

10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting LIMS platforms.
Significant hands-on LabVantage LIMS experience and expertise in architecture, configurations, workflows, and platform administration.
Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale LabVantage implementations, upgrades, and global delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of LabVantage enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Define LIMS architecture, standards, development practices, and governance frameworks.
Drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and integration approaches.
Mentor LIMS engineers and global delivery teams; ensure regulatory compliance.
