Job summary

Exela Pharma Sciences LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Laboratory Systems Analyst to serve as the primary IS business partner supporting QC, Microbiology, QA, and R&D laboratories. The role drives lab informatics initiatives and integrations of LabVantage, Moda, and related technologies.

You will lead cross-functional projects, ensure GMP and data integrity, and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering on equipment integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
Minimum of five years' experience supporting laboratory systems in regulated environments.
Experience with LIMS (LabVantage) and laboratory execution systems.
Proven track record leading cross-functional projects involving lab technologies.
Experience in FDA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IS owner and support resource for LabVantage, Moda, and other laboratory applications.
Partner with QC, Microbiology, QA, and R&D leaders to identify and deliver lab technology initiatives.
Lead laboratory systems projects from requirements through implementation and post-go-live support.
Lead laboratory instrument integration activities including testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate application upgrades, validation activities, and release deployments.
Ensure GMP compliance and data integrity; collaborate with Quality and Validation teams.
Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and consultants.
Develop internal expertise and reduce external consulting reliance.
