North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Sr Specialist Installation to provide Tier 2 end-user support for desktop and laptop configurations, applications, and peripherals. The role also leads installation projects for new clinics and moves, with emphasis on security compliance and policy adherence.

The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff, test software for compatibility, and collaborate with the InfoSec team to ensure secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier 2 end-user support for desktop and laptop configurations.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows client systems.
• Ability to lead installation projects for new clinics and moves.
• Experience planning and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with security review processes and policy compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 2 end-user support for desktop/laptop configurations, applications, email, internet access and peripherals.
• Lead installation projects for new clinics, department moves, and openings.
• Evaluate user department needs and recommend hardware/software solutions.
• Test software programs for compatibility and update existing programs.
• Work with InfoSec to ensure security review for new applications.
• Train junior team members on NMHS methodology and technology.
• Maintain database of system changes and revisions.
• Adhere to NMHS/NMMC policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and support VOIP phones and peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex issues.
