Qualifikationen
- BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in network/telecom engineering and infrastructure operations.
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale network/telephony strategy and modernization.
- Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, WAN, cloud connectivity, and UC.
- Certifications in Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/Arista preferred.
- Experience in regulated financial services is a plus.

- Lead enterprise network and telephony direction with cross-functional teams.
- Design complex network transformations and modernization programs.
- Establish reusable patterns for secure connectivity and QoS.
- Drive deep technical analysis and systemic infrastructure improvements.
