Job summary
Compeer Financial is seeking an experienced senior network engineer to lead the engineering direction, reliability, and modernization of our telephony and network services. You will translate target-state architecture into scalable implementations and drive cross-enterprise initiatives.
You will mentor engineers, shape standards, and collaborate with vendors to deliver resilient connectivity across the organization. This role offers a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in unified communications, network engineering, or related field.
- Experience with telephony, UC, cloud connectivity, monitoring, and related enterprise technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network and telephony services.
- Lead multi-year transformation projects across campus, data center, cloud, and WAN.
- Define patterns for availability, security, and operational readiness across the network.
