Compeer Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the engineering direction for enterprise network and telephony services. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, guide modernization efforts, and collaborate with architecture, security, cloud, and service management teams to deliver reliable connectivity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in network/telecommunications engineering.
• Expert-level experience with routing, switching, wireless, WAN, cloud connectivity, UC and carrier services.
• Certifications from Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Arista preferred
• Experience in regulated financial services, audits or risk controls is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network and telephony roadmaps and standards.
• Design complex network transformations and cloud-connectivity programs.
• Create reusable enterprise patterns for secure connectivity and QoS.
• Resolve high-impact connectivity and performance issues; drive systemic improvements.
• Define metrics for availability, security, and production readiness.
• Mentor engineers and influence senior leaders and vendors.
