Job summary

You will oversee MES/IT systems, handle incident response, and work with the PI team to drive standardized processes and improvements across manufacturing and logistics. The role requires collaboration with developers and partners, strong documentation, and the ability to translate user needs into concrete requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major); entry-level candidates welcome.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing/logistics environment and IT systems.
• Ability to analyze problems logically and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, developers, and partners.
• Competency in structuring requirements into clear, actionable specifications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and stabilize MES and incidents with on-site support.
• Analyze current and target production/logistics processes for improvements.
• Lead IT system rollout projects from HQ to production sites, managing scope and risk.
• Collaborate with HQ PI organization to drive standardized processes and IT systems; support testing and training.
