Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc., based in Queen Creek, Arizona, invites applications for an MES Engineer I to help manage IT investment planning, budgets, and asset coordination across production and IT teams.

You will document and standardize procedures, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with Korea HQ and on-site engineers. Office tools proficiency is required, and bilingual English/Korean is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering is required.
• 1+ years of MES experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Document and standardize operating procedures and manuals.
• Define issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Enhance system efficiency and improve the process.
• Collaborate with personnel at Korea headquarters and other engineers on-site to support business requirements.
• Respond to user inquiries and issues, including IT helpdesk.
• Regularly inspect IT infrastructure to minimize production downtime and make improvements.
• Manage production field IT devices, such as production data acquisition (PDA) and monitoring systems.
• Support office and factory IT accessory purchasing.
• Perform other responsibilities as required.
