Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a hands-on Sr Manager, IT Inverter Assembly Operations based in Mesa, Arizona, to own all site-level IT. You will lead the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), enhance shop floor integration, and maintain day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in IT roles within manufacturing, strong expertise in MES platforms, and excellent network management skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT experience in a manufacturing setting with end-to-end MES implementation.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals including VLANs and IT/OT segmentation.
• Hands-on experience in configuring modern MES platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning and operation of the MES platform.
• Manage IT issues and helpdesk support on site.
• Design and maintain site network and cybersecurity.
