Job summary

United Theranostics seeks a Senior Healthcare IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineer to lead design, deployment, security, and ongoing management of our enterprise technology stack across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will oversee healthcare systems infrastructure, identity management, network architecture, and physical security across a growing national network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of systems, network, cloud, or healthcare IT experience.
Extensive experience with AWS and enterprise cloud administration.
Proficiency with Windows Server and MDM (Intune) management.
Experience configuring firewalls, DNS/DHCP, SSL/TLS, and PKI.
HIPAA-compliant healthcare environment experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to facilities occasionally.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy scalable cloud and on-prem infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Ensure security, IAM, and regulatory compliance in HIPAA environments.
Manage backups, DR, and high-availability for critical systems.
Oversee network design, VPNs, firewalls, and secure connectivity.
Administer DICOM imaging/healthcare workflows in a compliant setup.
Lead IaC initiatives and automation to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors and multi-site teams for projects.
