Job summary

Motive Workforce is partnering with a growing advanced manufacturing organization to hire an IT Infrastructure Manager. This leader will own enterprise infrastructure design, reliability, and service delivery while managing the infrastructure team.

The role supports multi-site operations across advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electrification, energy, medical, and robotics, with a focus on cloud, security, and compliant IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure teams.
• Experience with multi-cloud and security frameworks (CMMC, GCC High, AWS GovCloud, or FedRAMP)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management concepts.
• Experience with technical documentation, including architecture documents, policies, runbooks, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the infrastructure team.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, service delivery, and incident response.
• Design and approve infrastructure architecture to support growth.
• Drive projects from design to implementation and support.
• Maintain standards, metrics, SOPs, and technical runbooks.
