Job summary

Uprite Services seeks a Senior Infrastructure Analyst – L3 to deliver complex migration projects and mentor technical teams. This role blends server, virtualization, networking, storage, and Microsoft 365 expertise, with escalation leadership for the Service Desk and NOC.

You will manage projects, collaborate with PMO, vCIOs, and client teams, while ensuring documentation accuracy. The position emphasizes on‑site work with remote capability and requires strong customer service, communication,

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in End User Support.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and insurance; travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client infrastructure projects, including server refreshes and upgrades.
• On‑prem to cloud migrations (Azure, Microsoft 365, hybrid, serverless).
• Provide advanced end‑user, server, networking, firewall, and application support.
• Act as escalation point for Tier 1/2; mentor L1/L2 staff and collaborate with NOC.
