Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support complex IT infrastructure environments. This hands-on leadership role focuses on Microsoft technologies, virtualization, cloud, networking, and enterprise infrastructure projects within a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include leading server migrations, cloud transitions, and data center initiatives, while providing Tier 3 escalation support and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong Microsoft experience including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Nutanix, VMware, and/or Hyper-V.
• Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, SAN/NAS, and storage.
• Experience with Azure, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• MSP, VAR, or enterprise infrastructure experience preferred.
• Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, or networking certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and pass a background check.
