Job summary

JCB Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead administration, support, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.

You will provide advanced technical leadership across server, storage, network, and cloud environments to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure, strong Windows Server and virtualization expertise, and collaboration with vendors on critical IT projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
Advanced Windows Server administration and virtualization experience with VMware/Hyper‑V.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems.
Manage Active Directory environments, including Group Policy administration.
Maintain virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper‑V.
Configure, manage, and support enterprise storage solutions.
Administer and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance across servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
Provide Tier III support for critical incidents and participate in on‑call rotations.
Coordinate with third‑party vendors to ensure service and support expectations are met.
